In 2020 and 2021, Sonja remediated several PDFs for 508 compliance for Rose Li and Associates—including four PDFs that were highly designed and high profile and had quick turnaround times. Sonja worked with us in the design stage to identify potential issues (e.g., color contrast, URLs) and to explain WCAG guidelines. She consistently delivered meticulous products; none of the posting federal agencies reported issues with the final PDFs. Sonja is responsive, professional, and agile in the face of shifting deadlines. We look forward to continued work with her.
